The growth in customized, short-run, small-batch digital printing is transforming the printing industry by enabling faster turnaround, personalization, and cost-effective print prototyping not available with traditional printing methods. In addition, traditional printing machines are very big and consume a lot of electricity. Label printers with a compact printer are better able to meet today’s rapid adaptation and client requirements.
Our customer has developed a simple and elegant compact digital label printing machine, ideal for stand-alone operation, brand owners, or used in the tight, space-constrained shop floor. Cincoze CV-W124/P1101 panel PC is integrated into the system as the interface for control and display.

Large-sized Display
Our customer needed a 24” multi-touch capacitive touchscreen as a HMI to manage printing settings and monitor the system status. The large display interface makes it easy to review the graphics to be printed. Scrolling the page or zooming in on the images is easy and the responsive panel PC allows users to operate the system quickly and intuitively.
Connectivity
The digital printer is not just a one-stop all-in-one printing machine, it also covers other functions like cutting. Therefore, as the control and display core, the panel PC needs to connect to many devices. It connects to a high-speed, 1600 DPI, color digital printer, optical tracking sensor for adjusting position, and WiFi for remote control of software updates and issue diagnostics.

Tough Touch Screens
The surface frame of the Cincoze industrial panel PC is made of die-cast aluminum alloy, which has outstanding corrosion resistance and good hardness. The touch surface hardness is up to 7H (P-CAP model). Front panel is IP65-rated to protect from water and dust. The Cincoze CV-W124/P1101 panel PC is composed of a slim embedded computer P1101 on the rear of the CV-W124 panel. Powered by Intel® Atom® or Pentium® CPU, the P1100 accommodates rich I/O interfaces, including 2x GbE LAN, 4x USB 3.0, 4x COM, and 8x isolated DIO. It also offers 2x full-size Mini-PCIe sockets and 1x SIM socket for a variety of wireless data connections. Moreover, users can install the ready-to-use CFM modules to add Power Ignition Sensing and Power over Ethernet (PoE) functions for specific applications.
Industrial Rugged Design
The Cincoze Crystal series features a rugged industrial design. It's designed fanless, supports a 9-48V voltage power input, and offers a wide -20°C to 70°C temperature range, making them the most reliable industrial panel PCs for harsh and hot indoor or outdoor environments. With Cincoze's patented CDS technology, the modular design allows rapid switching out of a faulty display module or PC module, thereby keeping downtime to a minimum.
