Plasma dry stripping — the removal of photoresist — is the company's most representative core application, and it has long held a leading position in global market share.

Plasma dry strip equipment is a critical tool in front-end semiconductor manufacturing, used to remove photoresist and residue from wafers after lithography and etching. To support stable processes, high wafer throughput, low cost of ownership, and long-term operation, the process monitoring display built into this equipment must consistently and reliably present process data and results, helping operators track equipment status in real time and ensuring production efficiency and process quality. This project is expected to deploy over one hundred 17″ Cincoze industrial monitors (CV-117R/M1101) annually, integrated into the dry strip equipment as the on-machine process monitoring display.
